What we plan to do with your money:

Yes, Village Power CDP has sponsorship for its Masakhane project from SAB Miller and ABI.
Project sponsorship is highly specific however. One may not use the funds for anything but what it was intended for, and rightly so.

As an organisation however we often have needs that are not met by these sponsorships.
This includes: Reading glasses for clients,
Setup costs for small sustainable businesses,
Assistance given to desperate persons in other communities in the area,
Running costs for the organisation such as Transport, Training, Sallaries, Phone bills etc,
to name but a few.

Village Power is a completely transparent and registered NPO. We are willing to show our financial statements to anyone who is interested. We further undertake to use this forum to give feedback to all who gave us support on what has been done with the funds and why.
